It was a lot of administrative bs for sure, I even asked an old drinking buddy that was service tech for them and he told me he couldn’t do anything about it without orders from above. The original bill was hard for new providers to start up or spread to new areas, I would ask my neighbors that had frontier internet how they had got it, and all of them had had it before the bill had gone into effect so they couldn’t give me any answers. 6 months after the sunset we had 3 different companies competing for our business.
