Carefully fill a bowl with boiling water, add a couple drops of eucalyptus, lavender, and Chamomile oil in then hold your ear down towards the water to let the steam up into it… I usually try to put a towel over my head to hold the steam in as well… do this for 10-15 minutes or until you get too hot… this helps relieve pain and also helps break up any buildup. Drink water before and after too
