Yeah that pretty much sums it up, my wife got the idea to plant them after we used some green white ash cutting last year to mark some stuff in the garden and the started to leaf. With these though, we are going to wait till they leaf and then dump out the pot and carefully separate the roots, I screwed up with the ash last year and just pulled them out of the ground and tore the roots off and killed them.
