For the rest of us, our truck cabs generally are only the current outdoor temperature, the back however is normally 20-40 degrees warmer than outside temperatures. It is because of these extreme temperatures we generally have our own strict hydration regimens

Mine is normally at least 4 quarts of water throughout the day, I will drink one Gatorade/propel on my lunch break, then continue with water till I’m done.
