As a delivery driver, the company I work for has only this year started putting AC in new trucks and only in select markets (a few southern states) currently. For the rest of us, our truck cabs generally are only the current outdoor temperature, the back however is normally 20-40 degrees warmer than outside temperatures. It is because of these extreme temperatures we generally have our own strict hydration regimens<br><br>Mine is normally at least 4 quarts of water throughout the day, I will drink one Gatorade/propel on my lunch break, then continue with water till I’m done. I will then drink a liquid IV with my dinner and the drink at least another quart of water before bed… usually 2. <a href='/tag/hydration/'>#hydration</a> <a href='/tag/stayalive/'>#stayalive</a> <a href='/tag/cardboardwarrior/'>#cardboardwarrior</a> <a href='/tag/deliverylife/'>#deliverylife</a> <a href='/tag/grownostr/'>#grownostr</a>  </p>
